About the Role:
Citywide is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our Traffic & Events team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a dynamic role, working across a diverse range of projects within a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will oversee onsite traffic management operations while coordinating and supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of traffic management services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence across all operations.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and coordinate traffic management services to ensure delivery of a high standard across all client sites
- Lead, motivate, and support team leaders and field teams to drive accountability and performance
- Develop and implement Traffic Guidance Schemes in line with regulatory requirements
- Monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective cost control
- Champion and uphold Citywide’s safety and environmental standards across all areas
- Manage workforce matters in consultation with your Operations Manager
Skills and qualifications required:
Essential:
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Traffic Management qualifications:
- RIISS00063 – Traffic Management Designer (TMD1)
- RIISS00064 – Traffic Management Designer (TMD2)
- RIISS00065 – Traffic Management Designer (TMD3)
- White Card
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven leadership capability with a strong team focus
- Sound computer skills, including MS Office
Desirable:
- First Aid Certificate
- MR Driver’s Licence
