About the Role
Reporting to a P&C Business Partner, you will support the People & Culture team across a variety of HR activities while building your experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding, including pre-employment checks and employment contracts
- Maintaining HR records and systems
- Coordinating learning and development initiatives
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives
- Supporting HR projects and reporting
You’ll also gain exposure to related areas including Safety, Injury Management and Payroll.
About You
You are organised, proactive and keen to build your HR career.
You will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred), Commerce, Business or Law.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working with systems and administrative processes
- A positive and collaborative “how can I help” mindset

Additional Information
This is a full-time role based in North Melbourne. Occasional travel to Citywide depots across Melbourne is required, so you will need a current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. Citywide also supports hybrid working arrangements where possible and practical.
