About the Role
You will be accountable to deliver professional administrative support, maintain accurate records, support project delivering outcomes, on time and within allocated budgets. A key requirement of this role is that you’ll be highly organised.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support across multiple projects, ensuring documentation, reporting and communication requirements are met.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, tracking milestones and monitoring deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project records, including filing, document control and version management.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders, including progress, risks and financial tracking.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to support timely project delivery.
- Assist with procurement processes, including support for supplier onboarding, quotation & tender requests and raising purchase orders
- Support financial administration, including tracking project costs, processing invoices and assisting with budgeting activities.
This a full-time role based at the Arden Street office North Melbourne.
Skills and qualifications required:
Essential:
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Demonstrated experience in administration, and some project management exposure is ideal
- An understanding of procurement processes and basic financial administration
- Strong time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word and Excel
Desirable:
- Some background in Project Management and utilisation of Project Management and/or ERP systems
- Some background in administration of fleet assets
